Lee Woo-jin started his journey in the entertainment industry by appearing as a contestant on Boys24 (Hangul: 소년24) which aired from 2016-2017 and was formed by CJ E&M. During the initial episode, Boys24’s Woojin got a position as a contestant who joined Sky Unit and started performing for the first time from September 22, 2016, to March 19, 2017. In the next round, Boys24’s Woojin joined Collabo White and performed from December 7, 2016, to March 14, 2017. After that, he only joined Unit Purple for the next round of determination and started performing on March 24, 2017.
