Hyeongseop x Euiwoong, also known as Yuehua Project (pre-debut name), was a male duo group formed under Yue Hua Entertainment. Euiwoong trained for 9 months before joining Produce 101. He was ranked #23 on Produce 101 before getting eliminated. Before he became an idol, Euiwoong used to appear on Hello Counselor. His appearance also led him to become a trainee afterward since many companies wanted to sign him up. He also appeared on Tok! Tok! Bonni (2020) as the host. Euiwoong loves to play basketball, baseball, soccer, the violin, and draw as well. His favorite color is pink. He loves pizza. Euiwoong can speak English. Hyeongseop and Euiwoong started their careers as contestants on Produce 101 Season 2 in 2017. Initially, they joined the survival show in order to become Wanna One, the final lineup from Produce 101 Season 2. However, they didn’t make it until the end. From the show, they made several appearances such as “It’s Me (Pick Me)” with the other 101 contestants and “Oh Little Girl” with 5 other trainees. Hyeongseop also took a part in the feature “Super Hot” on Produce 101 Season 2 finale single. Euiwoong was the first one to be eliminated on Produce 101 Season 2 between the two of them. He was ranked at #23 and got eliminated in the 10th episode although he used to rank at #9, #10, #14, and #17. Meanwhile, Hyeongseop almost made it to the top 11, but he got eliminated on the last episode from the #16 rank. Previously, Hyeongseop’s rank also fluctuated around #5, #7, #14, #16, and #19. Debut Era
Hyeongseop x Euiwoong marked their debut after their participation in Produce 101! Their first debut project, The Moment of Memory, was released on November 2, 2017, with “It Will Be Good” as the lead single! Not only that, it successfully entered the Gaon Album Chart and ranked at #5! The success of “It Will Be Good” also brought them to becoming one of the “It Guys” in the K-pop entertainment industry as well! Aside from “It Will Be Good,” there was another tracklist within the project titled “I Like U.” Previously, their agency also revealed some teasers for the “It Will Be Good” single and obviously made the fans crazy over Hyeongseop x Euiwoong! It also came up with video and image teasers as well. They looked like two buddies who went traveling together with cheerful vibes and pleasant moments!
